City Clerk Permit Guide

The first step in applying for any permits from the City Clerk's Office, is to submit a request for background check. No other license or permit applications will be processed until the background check is approved.

Once the background check is processed, the City Clerk will notify you of the results and, if approved, you may proceed with submitting additional license and permit applications.
